This policy explains how Prognomi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Prognomi", "we", "us") handles personal data you submit through this website. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and, where it applies, the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
When you fill in a form on this website we collect the details you enter:
- name, work email address and phone number
- organisation, job title and country
- your circle of interest, if you sign up to the community
- the event you are interested in, and any message you send
- your consent choices
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may process technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and send information about the event you asked about
- to manage registration, sponsorship, speaking, CTF and awards participation
- to send news about future Prognomi events, only if you opted in
Our legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit a form, and, for sponsors and delegates, the steps needed to enter into an agreement with you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We use service providers to run this website and our email (Cloudflare for hosting, Google Sheets for storing sign-ups and event registrations, Microsoft 365 for email). They process data on our behalf. Sponsors receive delegate contact details only where the law permits and the delegate has consented.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed for the event and related follow-up, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or opt out of marketing at any time by emailing info@prognomi.com. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
